F&B Warehouse Manager Opportunity:
Looking to leverage your expertise in the Food & Beverage industry to lead a high-functioning warehouse team:
We’re seeking a passionate Warehouse Manager to join our client’s growing team in the UAE. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and safe storage, handling, and distribution of F&B products.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
Maintain accurate inventory levels and implement systems for tracking stock movement.
Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Manage product lifecycles with a focus on FIFO (First-In-First-Out) for perishables.
Optimize warehouse layout for efficient product flow and implement proper storage practices considering temperature control.
Foster a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Who You Are:
A highly motivated and results-oriented professional with a minimum of 2-5 years of warehouse management experience in the F&B industry (UAE experience preferred).
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Possess a strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with warehouse staff and other departments.
Demonstrate a working knowledge of F&B storage and handling best practices.
Understand specific storage requirements for different types of food and beverages (frozen, dry goods, etc.).
