Business Development Manager

Our start-up division is looking for a Development Manager to join our team.The Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth and development of our business in the air ticket industry.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and revenue
Identify new market opportunities and potential customers
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including airlines, travel agencies, and customers
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve
Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support as needed
Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our products and services
Analyze data and metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in tourism or business development, preferably in the air ticket industry
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
Knowledge of air ticket industry
