The ideal candidate for this role will be a focused and enthusiastic individual, who shows initiative in their problem-solving and proactively suggests solutions to the team. They must have a background in producing content for digital platforms and are obsessed with new media — consistently looking for ways to level-up content creation.
Candidates must have an excellent level of both written and verbal English, with Arabic as a plus
The responsibilities of this role are:
Planning and Pre-production
Project planning
Proposing and Hiring production team members
Location clearance
Casting and contributor outreach
Preparing camera kits
Production and Delivery
Creating tiktok and IG reel content
Conducting small-scale shoots and budgeting
Briefing shoot teams
Briefing talent (influencers, actors, the public)
Managing production workflows
Backing up footage
Managing and implementing client feedback
QCing video content for errors
As a bonus this person would have basic video editing skills
Reporting and Reconciliation
Analyzing content performance
Implementing learnings
Reconciliation of project finances
Our general working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm but due to the nature of production you may be required to work outside of these.
This role is a one-month contract with a view to becoming full-time.
