Job description
We are currently seeking a Quantitative Insights Analyst to join our expanding Insights & Data Analytics team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in survey writing, analysis, data visualization and insights. Experience in Google Analytics, web and social media tracking is also an advantage. This individual will play a crucial role in delivering actionable insights to support our clients’ strategic goals.
As a Quantitative Insights Analyst, you will create and implement custom surveys to collect customer data, conduct comprehensive analysis and derive insights to help inform our clients’ business strategies. Your responsibilities include crafting visually engaging reports and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in insights analysis, with hands-on experience using survey platforms such as Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, or similar tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to draw meaningful conclusions from complex data sets. Excellent communication and presentation skills are required for explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences. The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite as well as data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
