We are currently looking for a Group Happiness Manager to manage staff welfare and engagement to foster a positive organizational culture that enables teams to work together effectively and efficiently across the Group.

Contract type: Permanent contract. Location: Dubai, UAE.

Start date: Immediate.

Remuneration: $ 50,000 to $ 65,000 annually. Other perks: Medical insurance, employment visa, annual leave ticket, discounted gym membership, world-class training, and upskilling programs, and education allowances for children in the UAE up to $3,000 annually, per child.

Our staff is the soul of our business, so you will focus on promoting well-being and welfare initiatives by encouraging a culture of open, safe, and honest conversations. You will extend support and guidance to all staff and make critical recommendations to the management that empower our Heroes to maximize their potential and be happy in the workplace.

As the Group Happiness Manager, you will develop and drive a robust people and culture strategy via psychological insights and behavioral analysis, organizational structure design, and provide immense support and coaching. You will design and implement an inclusive cross-functional engagement plan to align and inspire employees to shine.

Leading internal communications and talent development will be a key part of your role as you will guide the recruitment strategy and onboard new Heroes who are the right fit for us via your background in psychology. You will drive continuous improvement by designing and leading initiatives to maintain employee-focus policies and ensure their consistent implementation across all teams.

You will be the connective tissue between all departments, identifying opportunities and pain areas to recommend efficient workflows and processes, so you must possess broad business acumen, the ability to think outside of the box, and successfully build and lead an inclusive and diverse team by assessing various individuals’ strengths and leveraging them most effectively to drive performance.

What you need to have:

You should ideally have a background in psychology and employee welfare management. You should have excellent project management skills with a proven track record in crafting and implementing people and culture strategies that drive business results. You need to have 5 years of experience in leading multicultural high-performing teams in a rapidly adapting environment, staff engagement initiatives, and creating organizational design principles, methodologies, and tools, that have led to effective change. You should be proactive, and possess excellent communication and presentation skills with strong Microsoft Office, technical proficiencies, related software, and a driving license.
