We are looking for Accounts Receivable Assistant and Purchasing Assistant to start immediately!
Must Have: UAE driving license and based in DUBAI!
Preferable: Experience in the Hospitality / Horeca sector, SALARY MAX 4.500 AED!
YOUR TASKS:
● Assist in gathering necessary backup support documentation for VAT reporting, request VAT invoice revisions and VAT invoice credit as necessary.
● Perform VAT accounts reconciliation and VAT analysis
● Responsible for preparing, validating, and submitting monthly/quarterly VAT returns, handling VAT Reporting, Developing VAT sales reports and accomplishing other VAT related activities
● Providing accounting and clerical support to ensure that financial transaction are in compliance and of the VAT regulation.
● Ensure collection and payments are done in line with UAE Regulation
● Day to Day transactional processing and reporting on Taxation. This includes the accurate posting of all Tax related entries.
