Falaroad is seeking a highly motivated HR Coordinator to join our team in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting all aspects of the HR function, ensuring a smooth and efficient employee experience.

About You:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field
Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software (a plus)
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support for all HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
Assist with the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires
Coordinate employee training and development programs
Manage employee benefits and answer employee inquiries
Prepare HR reports and presentations
