Who We Are

Humantra is a direct-to-consumer e-commerce brand creating everyday wellness products. Our first product, Hack #1, is being used daily by over 10,000 people here in the UAE. Humantra is the second startup to come out of the HBI Angels Incubator Program- launched by the founders of global beauty empire, Huda Beauty.

This is a very exciting time as we accelerate our growth trajectory over the coming years. Fast growing startup environment looking to scale.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Design & execute our marketing strategy: We’ve found several things that work for us and have developed a rough marketing playbook. But we’re bringing you in to refine it, expand it, and apply a greater degree of professionalism and rigor to how we go about marketing. We hope you’ll find lots of things we could be doing better.
Enhance our brand image: develop and lead the creative efforts to level-up the online image of our brands through photography, design, video, email, and social media. We want to have the look and feel of a 9-figure brand and know we still have a ways to go. Alongside our social media agency – you’ll be responsible for managing everything social
Define the value proposition and messaging of new/existing products: As we continue to evolve as a company, we’re going to have opportunities to make significant improvements to our products — step-changes that will move us into dramatically larger addressable markets. These changes will necessitate pivots in how we message the value prop of our products and how we go to market. As the marketing manager you will be responsible for guiding the brand through that evolution
We pride ourselves on our customer service and tone of voice on our social channels – as the business grows, we cannot let this fall by the way side. Aside from creating world class content across various platforms – you’ll need to lead the charge on how we interact with our community
Humantra Lifting Club? Humantra Run Club? Spin Club? We’re all about community here at Humantra and we want to launch some epic initiatives to bring us closer to our customers – you’d be responsible for planning and executing on all things partnerships. This would also include creator/influence outreach
Become elite. We want you to be with us for a very long time. We know that to make that happen, we need to keep you engaged, challenged, and growing. To that end, you will be allocated up to 5 hours per week of company time for any self-directed learning, research, or development which will help you with your job. If there’s a book you want to read, we’ll buy it for you. Our goal is to give you a platform to become an elite operator in your field, and to do that, you need the space to invest in yourself

What You Have

– 3-5 years of relevant experience in a marketing capacity

– Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

– Demonstrated ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects concurrently

– Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate cross-functionally with key stakeholders

– The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

– A strong drive and desire to learn

– Self-starter mindset
