Temenos T24 Developer
Location: Dubai, UAE
Duration: One Year Contract (extendable on client requirement)
Job Description
· Responsible for T24 software development from technical design to delivery
· Collaborate with the business analysts and QA team to collect insight and discuss deliverables
· Design and implement new functionality and enhancements based on the logged user change requests
· Create test plans, test cases, test scripts and perform technical unit testing.
· Work with existing systems to track and manage Change requests and user issues.
· Perform coding, code review and unit testing for the T24 Temenos system
· Contribute to the maintenance of the product and bring fresh ideas to the table
· Actively collaborate with team members and key stakeholders to find the best solutions
· Perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents, design and execute test plans
Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent in a related program
· Minimum 5-6 years’ of professional experience in development of Temenos T24/Core Banking for financial and banking institutions
· Deep knowledge of TAFC/jBASE, InfoBasic (jBC), jQL, OFS, jAgent
· Experience in T24 template programming, T24 customization (VERSION, ENQUIRY, online services), COB
· Experience in T2 software design and software engineering practices of the following T24 modules: System Core tables, Funds Transfer, Money Market, Forex, Securities, Derivatives, Swaps, Teller, AA Lending, AA Deposits
· Have prior exposure to working with T24 Interfaces to external vendors
· Ability to translate requirements and ideas into proper functional and technical design documents
· Good knowledge of C# or Java with .Net will be considered as an asset
· Should have excellent algorithmic skills and problem-solving capabilities
· Ability to work independently on tasks
