Draftsman – Experienced in EIFS will be preferred
Responsible for creating and preparing EIFS Shop drawings to be used in construction projects such as facades, Civil structures.
Responsibilities
Create drawings for Civil construction projects.
Create visual guidelines for construction purposes.
Draft technical details.
Specify dimensions, materials, and procedures.
Draw in minute details of structures.
Design the parts of a machine.
Consult technical handbooks and tables while in the drafting phase.
Create and store drawings electronically.
Prepare variations of design.
Explain concepts to construction Engineers.
Attend meeting with consultant & main contractor.
Able to handle large-scale & multiple projects.
Prepare engineering drawings that detail plans and specifications.
Develop wiring and layout diagrams used by workers who erect, install, and repair electrical equipment and wiring.
