Hiring Arabic IT Program Manager For Abu Dhabi!

Role:
The Program Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing projects within the organization, from the initial ideation through to completion.
The Program Manager will coordinate resources and processes to successfully deliver projects on time, within budget, and with the desired outcomes aligned to objectives.
The exact Program manager’s duties may vary depending on the department’s and Program’s specificities and needs.
Defining project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities.
Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities.
Act as a central point of communication for core team members, management, business partners and other project stakeholders
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Managing delivery of the project according to the plan
Tracking project and providing regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders.
Identifying and mitigating potential risks.
Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Ensure that the company and program standards, guidelines, and policies are maintained.
Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance.
Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
Bachelor’s degree in business, IT or Computer Science or related field.
PMP / PRINCE II certification
Agile Certification is preferred
