We are seeking a talented Social Media Account Manager to oversee our company’s social media accounts. As the Social Media Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and executing our social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing our online communities, and building relationships with influencers and partners. You should have a deep understanding of social media platforms and trends, and be able to create engaging content that resonates with our audience.
Responsibilities:
§ Develop and implement social media strategies that align with our business goals and objectives
§ Manage and execute day-to-day social media activities, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring
§ Create engaging and relevant content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
§ Monitor and respond to comments and messages on our social media accounts in a timely and professional manner
§ Analyze and report on social media performance, using data to inform and optimize our social media strategies
§ Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices, and share insights and recommendations with the team
§ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and product teams, to ensure social media campaigns align with overall business objectives
Requirements:
§ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
§ 2+ years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns
§ Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
§ Creative thinker, with the ability to develop innovative social media campaigns and content
§ Team player, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
§ Knowledge of social media advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads, is a plus
