Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Legal Consultant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide legal guidance and support to our organization, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and analysis.
Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Provide advice on legal matters to various departments.
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the industry.
Represent the company in legal proceedings, if necessary.
Qualifications:
L.L.B
Minimum 5 years of UAE based experience
Strong English & Arabic language
