LIVRICHY a new Real Estate company based in Dubai is looking for an accountant with experience.
The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen.
Your main responsibilities will be the following:
collecting, tracking, correcting, and communicating the financial position of the company
Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs
Prepare tax documents
Compile and analyze financial statements
Manage budgeting and forecasting
record transactions
compile and analyse data
perform audits
compute taxes, and report their findings to management and other entities
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
For the first two month, the job will be done remotely as our office is not ready yet. Once the office will open, the accountant will be working in the office full time with the rest of the team.
