Location: Sharjah

You must have residency within the country or a no-objection letter

Work summary:

Work under the leadership of the Store Manager to ensure that the store serves the specified Lauris standards and to ensure that target sales, stock and stock days are achieved.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Take care of usage resources such as the phone used in the store, electricity, air conditioners, water and others as needed, and prevent unnecessary waste.

2. Ensure that products are arranged in accordance with the layout diagram and are in compliance with store concept rules (worn or outdated glass photos, lighting, camera and signage replacement or usability assurance) in a manner that the store has complied with Lawris standards.

3. Ensure the cleanliness and accuracy of the shop from the inside (floor, counter, shelves) and the outside (facade, door, entrance) that welcomes the customer.

4. Notification of missing products by supporting the store manager in managing orders in the store.

5. Equipping the store and warehouse for counting in stock inventory planned with managers.

6. Work in accordance with the drawn shift plan adapting to store opening/closing hours.

7. Inform the Store Manager when the specified amount is reached by making cash transactions as per Loris standards.

8. Work according to the prepared loris activity plan on special occasions (Valentine’s Day, New Year’s Eve, etc.), and implement visual planning and product preparation accordingly.

9. Maintain Loris’ quality of service and direct store salespeople in that direction by communicating with the customer with a smiling face, and providing product information.

10. Interview and record customer complaints in line with identification, reporting to Store Manager.

11. Follow up the actions of competitors close to the store by being sensitive, planning the necessary actions with the store manager (activity, campaign, discount, etc.) and preparing them for management approval.

12. Act in accordance with training received on the job by participating in the Loris Store Salesperson Curriculum training program.

13. Provide service that conforms to the standard store salesperson definition of Loris by following the store’s dress code.

14. Preserving and tracking documents and maintaining the archiving system in the warehouse in a proper manner.

qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent & Bachelor’s degree a plus

Excellent customer service

Proficiency in MS Office is a must and ERP is an added advantage

Fluency in Arabic and English is an added advantage

3 years of experience in a related field, especially in the sale of perfumes

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
