Responsibility
Responsible for the overall production quality and improvement.
Implements methods of controlling the waste at each stage.
Train the staff on new products.
Best use of the facilities and staff as well as recommend new equipment.
Recommend ways of the best handling and delivering products.
Develops the roasting process for every particular product.
Provides and develops handling and delivery systems.
Increase the roasting capacity and rates.
Improves the existing quality control procedures and sets up the auditing system.
Plans, implements, and monitors the best-suited modern production methods required to produce the current requirements and plan future expansion needs.
Check the packaging and quality regularly.
Experience :
Minimum 8 years in the field of coffee production in Gulf countries
