The position holder has the primary responsibility of coordinating and evaluating an organization’s marketing events to support branding and enhance marketing exposure. The marketing and events executive will plan promotional health campaigns and events with various business and community partners to build brand awareness.
Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end logistics and a high-quality yet budget-conscious presence at local conferences, trade shows, corporate, internal and external events. Work with on-site third-party vendors to coordinate and ensure smooth and successful results. Establish, implement, and maintain project management tools for special event processes and feedback, including event calendar coordination. Track attendance and participation, manage the collection of assets and contacts, facilitate appropriate follow-up from events, and provide reports on a monthly basis.
