Managing Director of Major Accounts – Recruitment Agency

Basic up to £200k TAX FREE + bonus + benefits

McCall is retained and exclusive on this role. This recruitment agency runs an RPO model and its global operation is run from Dubai. You will be fully responsible for the running and developing of the 350+ accounts. You will be responsible for about 30 staff who are focused on the development and management of these accounts and NOT cold calling sales

In order to have a relevant background for the role you must:

Come from a recruitment agency background and specialise in MSP/RPO

Relocate to Dubai

A strong track record of account development and management

Used to managing a team of delivery experts

Used to the development of large volume accounts
