Metaverse Age Training Institute is an approved and permitted institution by Knowledge Human Development Authority Dubai – United Arab Emirates. It is a training institute that aims to reshape the typical and the conventional learning in response to the current needs of the modern world.

The Instructor will create and conduct engaging training activities that support students’ learning goals and help the class reach its performance goals overall. To enhance student engagement and performance, they will also often examine their training methodology. The Instructor will also be expected to carry out assessment tasks.

Adjunct Instructors are temporary teaching staff members hired by the institution to improve student learning.

They bring a wide range of real-world experience and practical expertise with them. Candidates must be UAE residents and be able to furnish the “Metaverse Age Training Institute” with a “no objection certificate” (also known as a NOC letter) from your visa sponsor in order to be considered for an adjunct job. The contract hours (teaching time) for adjunct faculty members are paid on a monthly basis.

A minimum of three years of productive experience in Training and Assessment in a system of vocational education.
Master’s Degree in the relevant discipline, or an equivalent professional certification. Additional training and assessment qualification desirable.
Experience in industry is desired.
Determine and evaluate the needs of the learner, then develop appropriate learning methodologies to satisfy those needs.
Assist in the development of training materials and assessment tools in accordance with the demands of the awarding body.
To meet the needs of the learners, conduct training using a variety of training aids and pertinent resources.
Analyze program and work placement outcomes to make sure that the topic is covered effectively.
Give students feedback on their progress while evaluating learning in a variety of circumstances.
Keep track of students’ progress and give instruction to students on how to keep track of their training activities and portfolios.
Actively contribute to raising the caliber and efficacy of assessments, learning programs, and one’s own profession.
To provide excellent teaching in the Institution’s pertinent subject areas. Candidates who can teach in one or more of the following areas are particularly sought after:

Psychology research methods and data analysis
Fundamentals of Business Psychology
Personality and Individual Differences
Issues and debates in Psychology
Cognitive Development through the ages
BioSocial Psychology
Abnormal Psychology
Modern Applications of Business Psychology

The primary functions and responsibilities of the position are reflected in this job description. The position holder may, however, occasionally be asked to do additional ad hoc tasks appropriate for the position.
