MNA Properties is looking for a talented and experienced photographer/videographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of real estate photography and videography, as well as the ability to create visually stunning content that showcases properties in the best possible light.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the marketing team and real estate consultants to generate creative content and video concepts to deliver campaigns and content
Lead the full video production process, including conceptualization, scheduling, filming, and post-editing
Manage all relevant photo/video assets, including high-end and low-end quality
Set up and tear down cameras, audio recorders, lighting, microphones, and props
Think creatively to edit, retouch, and assemble final visual/audio creative material
Reproduce and frame photographs
Ensure consistency and relevancy to production and monitor the technical quality of the final video
Be in charge of shooting, camera and online video advertisements, as well as being able to review and identify locations, setups, and necessary lights to create video advertisements
Conduct deep research on various shooting strategies for short video format, using distinct style and methodology to create unique video shoots
Be responsible for the timely creation of storyboards for videos and social media content
Work closely with cross-functional teams on planning, requirements, and processes
Write and edit video in a way that increases shareability
Be able to collaborate with internal creative departments and marketing teams
Stay up to date with trends, market standards, and having the ability to integrate them into video and photography
Be able to manage multiple priorities, anticipate demands, communicate status appropriately, and maintain a high level of operational transparency and accountability.
Requirements:
At least 2-3 years of real estate photography and videography experience
Demonstrate skills pertaining to composition, correct exposure, accurate colour, perspective control, and editing/retouching
Have a valid UAE driving license
Be able to photograph property exteriors producing images with straight verticals and corrected perspective
Be able to photograph interiors with well-exposed windows using very basic lighting, software techniques, or a combination of both
Have attention to detail, focus, colour, and quality of light
Be proficient in Photoshop
Have good visualization skills and a willingness to bring innovative elements within photos/videos
Have excellent communication and time management skills
Be able to work independently on assigned tasks but also accept direction on given assignments
Be deadline-oriented and able to work quickly and efficiently to turn around photos within the given deadline
