About the role + Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development/Sales Representative to join our team at Nomo Solutions. As a commission-based sales representative, you will be responsible for identifying, selling to, and onboarding clients for our platform. Our clients include offline retailers, such as restaurants, coffee shops, barbershops, spas, and salons.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients in your assigned territory
Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets
Prospect new business through various channels such as cold calling, email marketing, and networking
Build and maintain relationships with clients, delivering exceptional customer service
Conduct product demonstrations to potential clients and explain the benefits of our loyalty program
Work closely with our implementation team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients
Key Requirements:
Proven sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting
Ability to contribute to and execute a successful sales strategy
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Professional representation; able to showcase effective communication with various external and internal stakeholders (oral and written)
Attention to detail and results-driven personality
Fluency in English. Arabic is an added advantage
Must have a valid driver’s license, access to a vehicle, and a willingness to travel to meet clients
(Nice to have) – An existing rolodex of warm leads that you can sell to day 1.
Compensation:
