We are looking for a Real Estate Agent to join our Sales Team in different capacities like Executive, Advisor, and Consultant.
A highly motivated individual who is self-disciplined and has a “passion” for Real Estate.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Candidates with 2 years Off-Plan/Secondary Market Sales Experience
Highly Motivated with Strong business sense and passion for working in the Real Estate Industry
Excellent Time- Management and organization skills.
UAE Driving license is a plus
Should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Must have a Track-record of closing deals
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare a daily action plan and set regular targets
Generate new property listings via networking, site visits, and regular meetings and cold calls
Schedule property viewings with potential clients and take notes on client requirements and follow up
Follow proper documentation on all transactions and ensure full compliance with Laws and Regulations and Company Policies
Understand client requirements and present several options to buyers/tenants for their property search to shortlist properties and finalize the deal
Provide honest feedback to clients and promote ethics and integrity in all transactions
