Oriana Hospitals, Clinics and Pharmacies in Sharjah – UAE, is hiring an experienced and passionate Arabic “Creative Art Director” to join our teams in Sharjah on full-time basis.
Job Description
The Art Director will be responsible for overseeing the creative works and visual design of all projects, ensuring that they are aligned with the brand identity. The Art Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing team, graphic designers, videographers and web designers to develop and execute campaigns across various platforms, including print, web, digital, and social media.
Key Responsibilities
Build, lead, and review the work of the creative team in the production of all Artworks, videos, webs, and digital marketing collateral.
Collaborate with the marketing department in developing marketing plans, analyzing results, and identifying opportunities
Supervise a cross-functional team of graphic designers, social media experts, photographers and videographers for proper development of messages and deliverables
End-to-end manage the entire design development process from briefing to conceptualization to actual delivery
Help shape the creative department, manage and mentor members of the team
Ability to single handedly execute creative work, independently.
Understanding marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience
Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of film and after-effects
Skills Required
Bachelor’s degree in Arts, graphic design, or a related field.
7 Years of experience creating marketing/advertising campaigns from developing vision and overseeing production on time and budget
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant software
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Fluent in Arabic and English Languages.
