Maintenance of the existing AV systems, which includes cabling, assembling, removal, testing, troubleshooting, configuration, basic programming etc.
Resolve issues associated with the existing hardware and software and report to the end user.
Reporting to end users about AV infrastructure and architectural requirements.
Reporting to end user network team over AV network requirements.
Basic Audio-Visual Programming knowledge (Uploading & Testing the program) on premises with the support of our team.
Experience in understanding and preparing technical and non-technical documents related to the system and scope of work.
Initializing & operating the master controls of AV systems during working hours and special events.
Decision-making skills and knowing when to escalate and whom to escalate.
Manage and maintain existing client assets.
Excellent communication skills.
Basic Requirement:
3+ years of experience as AV Resident Engineer /Junior Programmer/ Commissioning Engineer in the Audio-Visual industry.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Equivalent)
An above-average level of understanding of UC & AV Systems.
A selection of current, relevant industry manufacturer accreditations.
Preference to those familiar with Watchout Program and VR System.
