We are looking for a Female Telesales Representative / Call Center Agent with 1 to 2 years experience in Dubai.
Telesales is the selling of products or services through the telephone. As a telesales representative, you reach potential and existing customers directly by phone to encourage them to buy your company’s offers.
Telesales Representative Requirements:
* 1 to 2 Years of Telesales experience in Real Estate Company in Dubai.
* Arabic Speaker. Not required but preferably please.
* Graduate or College Level.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Creative thinking skills.
* The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
* Good sales ability.
* Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
* Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
* The ability to handle rejection and stress on each call.
Responsibilities of Tele sales:
* Using the data provided by telemarketing representatives to pursue promising leads with persuasion and persistence
* Converting difficult leads into customers
* Cutting costs per sale while increasing conversion rates by reducing travel expenses and the number of field representatives
* Helping to reduce the number of people on the sales team
* Cold calling and helping to reduce negative reactions from leads
* Providing brand recognition by leaving buyers with an excellent impression of a company through effective customer relations, empathy, and effective communication skills.
