Job Description:
We are seeking two motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agents to join our growing team at Realty Scholars. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for representing buyers, sellers, and investors in real estate transactions. Please note that this position is offered on a commission-only basis, with a shared commission structure of 50%.
Responsibilities
Prospect potential clients and build a network of leads
Conduct property viewings and showcase properties to potential buyers
Assist clients in property valuation, negotiation, and offer submission
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal requirements
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and company goals
Attend networking events and stay involved in the real estate community
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and regulations
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and driven to succeed
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid real estate license in Dubai
