We have now established a subsidiary in Dubai to serve the entire Middle East market and we are looking for an individual to spearhead the sales effort in the region.
Job purpose
To build RitikaaWood brand in the region. To educate the market about our products. To meet client acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive. Responsible for maximizing sales potential, designing and implementing sales strategies.
Duties and responsibilities
Identify target audience and generate leads
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing sales.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Liaise with Design team to ensure accuracy and timely submission of proposals to customer
Qualifications
Graduate/MBA degree in sales and marketing preferred
Relevant experience of 4-5 years
Willingness to learn and grow with the company
Accepts challenges
Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills
Ability to work in a team
Strong business sense
Industry expertise preferred
Strong network of architects and designers working on stand alone luxury villas
Working conditions
The job will require a lot of coordination between various teams with constant updates and tracking.
