HR Functional Consultant

Seer Dynamics is seeking a talented HR Functional Consultant to join our team. As an HR Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing HR systems and processes for our clients. You will play a key role in configuring, testing, and supporting HR software solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients. Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their HR requirements and design effective solutions using HR systems such as HRIS, talent management, payroll, and workforce planning.
Configure and customize HR software applications based on client specifications and business processes.
Conduct system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the software meets functional requirements.
Provide training and support to end-users on HR system functionality, including conducting workshops and creating user documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and HR, to ensure seamless integration of HR systems with other enterprise applications.
Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and insights and provide recommendations to optimize HR processes and drive business outcomes.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in HR technology and leverage this knowledge to recommend innovative solutions to clients.
Assist with project management activities, including defining project scope, managing timelines, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance of HR systems, including troubleshooting issues, resolving user problems, and implementing system upgrades and enhancements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, or a related field. Relevant certifications, such as HRIP or HCM, are a plus.
Proven experience as an HR Functional Consultant or in a similar role, with expertise in implementing and supporting HR systems.
Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, compensation, and benefits administration.
Experience with HR software applications, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday, or similar systems.
Proficiency in system configuration and customization, including creating workflows, data mapping, and report development.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites, as required.
