Position – HR Officer
Location – SGS Gulf Limited – Middle East Region, Jebel Ali Free Zone Dubai – United Arab Emirates
Job Summary: To perform all HR functions and administrative responsibilities. Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
Major Duties & Responsibilities but only not limited to below:
– General Administration Services
– New Employee Onboarding/ Exit Formalities
– Project Lead, System implementation
– Recruitment and Selection
– Compensation & Benefits
– Leave Management
– Employee Welfare
Qualifications
– Minimum of 5 years of professional HR experience & extensively handled a HR Generalist role.
– Candidate with a Diploma in any professional qualification / Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
– Should be familiar with the Middle East labor laws & requirements with emphasis on Knowledge of UAE.
Required Skills
– Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position
– Knowledge of HR functions (employee relations, pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
– Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
– Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRIS is a plus
– Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
– Strong ethics and reliability
*Preference to Arabic speaking candidates (Optional French/Russian)
