Summary: An effective Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for assisting in direct receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations. You will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing, and dispatch of a wide variety of products.
Responsibilities:
Assist in managing the warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
Assist in overseeing receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
Assist to setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements
Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies
Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc.)
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Experience in the Middle East is a must.
Related experience is required in a similar position for at least 2-3 years.
UAE Driving License is required
