Responsibilities
Contribute to the team with your positive attitude
Inventory management and monthly inventory reports
Maintaining documents tracking and renewing certificates
Coordinating with project managers and office on a daily basis (excellent communication skills are essential)
Mobilizing and demobilization of all sites
Ensuring that sites have constant supply of all the required materials.
Purchasing and restocking warehouse consumables.
Scheduling and conducting inspections
Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
The will and ability to adapt to our Scandinavian culture which means showing up on time, delivering as agreed and not being afraid of making mistakes (which we learn from)
Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor or a similar management position
Proven knowledge of Rope Access equipment
Highly effective in time management and warehouse organising
Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
Strong organisational and time management skills
Preferably IRATA Level 1 certification
Driver’s license is a must!
