Job Description

As a Business Development Manager “BDM”, you will be responsible for researching, initiating, and executing plans to develop partnerships with partners.

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

Research, identify and onboard new partners.
Utilize strategic account planning and sale pipeline management tools.
Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
Actively following up on queries and providing feedback to clients in a timely manner.
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
Identify and recruit new affiliates and IBs to join the partner program.
Contact the clients via telephone to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Attend conferences, expos, and industry events.
Maintain meaningful relationships with the partners.
Continually motivate affiliates to perform better.
Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
Develop and monitor affiliate promotions.
Develop quotes and proposals for clients.

Targeted Qualifications

Language Fluency – ?????? & ??????? ?? ?????.
?+ ????? experience in an FX-related Business development role (essential). You must have your own network/portfolio.
Comfortable communicating using various channels (primarily telephone).
Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision and in a timely manner.
Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
A resourceful and stress-resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations.
Ability to work independently, while being a team player at the same time.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate and persuade.
Academic degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
Sales-oriented mindset.
