Qualifications
✔️ At least 2 years of Dubai Real Estate Sales experience is a MUST
✔️ Holds UAE Driving license
✔️ Experienced in selling Off plan & Secondary Market Real estate units, leasing Properties direct from landlords and property management.
✔️ Must be aware of market strategies and mandatory documentation
✔️ Establish strong working relationships with admin and clients
✔️ Ensure that company standards, protocols and procedures are well implemented
✔️ Should possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills and has the ability to work under pressure and solve problems independently.
✔️ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
✔️ RERA is an advantage
✔️ Demonstrate strong negotiation skills
✔️ Commit to achieving sales targets
