Square International Technology is currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with expertise in ERP solutions, preferably from a Microsoft Partner background. This is an exciting opportunity to join our esteemed organization and drive the sales of our cutting-edge ERP software.

Job Title: Sales Manager – ERP (Microsoft Partner)

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth for our ERP solutions.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, target key accounts, and build strong relationships with potential clients.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Present and demonstrate our ERP software to prospective clients, showcasing its features, benefits, and value proposition.
Collaborate with the pre-sales and technical teams to provide accurate product information, address customer queries, and ensure smooth implementation of ERP solutions.
Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the company and the client.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle and beyond.
Stay updated with industry advancements, product knowledge, and market trends related to ERP solutions, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses for management review.
Qualifications:

Proven track record in sales, specifically in selling ERP solutions. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of the ERP market, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, understand their business needs, and provide effective solutions.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
Knowledge of the sales process and experience in managing the entire sales cycle.
Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
