STYLED HABITAT is in search of a full-time FF&E Designer to assist us in our projects
Responsibilities
Strong design sensibilities, excellent color sense, and great passion for design.
Strong background / knowledge in FF&E selections, local suppliers and contractors and high resourcefulness of creative unique materials, furniture, and fixtures.
Utilize knowledge of FF&E, custom furniture and lighting solutions, finishes, materials, color selections, and ID specifications
Produce mood, material and design presentations independently or with minimal supervision
Produce furniture plans, specifications, material selections and schedules needed for construction documentation independently or with minimal supervision
Ability to create material palettes and inspiration image boards, independently or with minimal supervision
Detailed understanding of FF&E design process and deliverables
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in interior design
Excellent technical skills- proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Excel, Sketch-Up, CAD
3-5 years experience in the UAE. Experience in residential, hospitality, F&B, commercial.
Excellent graphic implementation skills, organization, time management, and written and verbal communication skills.
Autonomous, flexible and able to juggle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational & time management skills.
Client Interface experience is a plus
Committed and deadline oriented.
