Responsibilities
Building relationships with clients. Negotiating deals with clients.
Assist sellers in how to best promote their properties to attract advantageous offers.
Advertise properties through a variety of marketing techniques.
Provide information regarding legal guidelines, rates, specifications and property availability.
Present properties to potential buyers and address questions or concerns.
Analyzing data and market trends. Processing sales transactions.
Demonstrating a solid understanding of the company’s products or services.
Networking to attract potential clients.
Qualifications
Preferred experience 0 – 6 months experience but not essential.
Sales experience.
English speaking is a must.
Arabic, Russian, or Chinese speakers are highly desired.
Candidate must be living or willing to re-locate to Dubai.
