TishTash is expanding and currently hiring for a creative Social Media Executive.

Responsible for supporting Social Media Managers and Social Head across all accounts. You will work across a set of your own social clients to ensure quality work and the meeting of all client KPIs and deliverables.

You must be organised, passionate about social media and have a creative mind as well as good attention to detail and an ability to talk directly to clients both verbally and in written communication.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As Social Media Executive you will be responsible for the execution of the following:

Oversee 4 to 6 social media accounts and end to end client management and community management to increase followers and engagement
Develops engaging, creative, innovative content and creative briefs for promoting brand-focused messages

Strong organisation, multitasking, copywriting and creative skills required

Timely delivery and curation of all media plans that integrate all aspects of social media

Create and maintain a dynamic social media schedule – ensuring strategy and content is tailored appropriately for each channel and adhere to the content style and brand guidelines.

Maintaining seamless client communication and regular updates ensuring all client deliverables are over-achieved and client concerns are managed effectively

Proactively propose opportunities to clients that are locally relevant and add value that pertains to driving brand awareness and engagement across social platforms

Working closely with the PR Account Management teams to develop and implement a holistic approach to social media calendars and campaigns that help achieve client marketing goals and integrate PR wins

Keeps abreast of industry trends and technologies and acts as a knowledge hub to team members.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Client service and manage end-to-end deliverables of client accounts and diverse expectations, be responsible for driving results.

Support with preparation of monthly reports, media plans, social calendars, and the activation of successful paid ads for a variety of client goals, demographics, and target audiences.

Push boundaries and achieve beyond client deliverables in the latest social and digital media techniques, trends, and best practices.

Build and maintain media knowledge of the market, consumer, and media research available within the region, and globally depending on client needs.

Ensuring success across all aspects of community management for all TishTash social clients. Implementing strategic engagement driving tools utilising multiple inner circles for driving engagement.

Content creation and art direction and developing engaging content (static, video, and animation) for client social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Linkedin, and others as required).

QUALIFICATIONS AND ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

End to end client and account management across multiple accounts.
Minimum of 1 to 2+ years experience in a client-facing social media role, preferably in an agency environment.
A proven track record of success via portfolio and/or client reviews.
Knowledge of Facebook and Instagram advertising platforms and metrics.
Some experience in Canva, Photoshop, and other relevant design packages.
A proven track record of growing and engaging communities in social media.
Good copywriter and comfortable writing a range of copy in various tones of voice – able to adapt multiple styles accordingly, simultaneously
Personal qualities – ambitious, positive outlook, high energy, great team worker. A self-starter with the capacity to work under pressure.
Needs to be comfortable with occasional out-of-hours working due to the nature of business.
Knows the importance of double-checking output and high levels of quality.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Able to brief designers and image sourcing
Client liaison – great communication skills, personable, and able to manage expectations
Excellent multi-tasking skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Analytical approach – know the platforms well, can spot trends, knows how to measure the activities, and adjust accordingly.
Super organised, detail orientated, and good ideation.
Familiar with all Microsoft packages.
Whilst not essential, bilingual is an asset.
