The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in Linux (Ubuntu, Debian, Redhat), Virtualization experience for VDI Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, Windows Ecosystem, and Webserver management. They should also have experience with various Developer environments, such as Docker, Openstack, etc. Fluency in English and enterprise experience is a must.
Responsibilities of the System Administrator at SBC Ultim Consultancies (Middle East) will include, but are not limited to:
Managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Linux-based systems, including Ubuntu, Debian, and Redhat distributions.
Implementing and managing VDI Virtual Desktop Infrastructure using various virtualization technologies.
Supporting Windows-based systems and applications, as well as managing web servers.
Installing, configuring, and maintaining developer environments, such as Docker, Openstack, and other relevant technologies.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal system performance and stability.
Providing documentation and support for all technical processes and procedures.
