Job Title: Marketing Assistant
Location: Dubai
Salary: 96,000 – 120,000 AED
About the Role:
As a Marketing Assistant, you will have the opportunity to express your creativity within our existing brands (UMATR, Embedded Talent, Scala Matters and Rust Matters), and potentially new brands that we launch. You will work closely with our founding team member and Marketing Manager in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Responsibilities:
Help manage the company’s social media accounts, including creating content, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers.
Assist in tracking and analyzing marketing metrics to measure the success of campaigns and initiatives.
Contribute design ideas to our tech platform.
Organize Embedded Talent events and other meet-ups under our brands.
Write blogs on relevant topics.
Engage with the community for Scala Matters & Rust Matters.
Attend industry events globally.
Film and edit videos of events & team.
Support in setting up a podcast and other initiatives.
Create company merchandise.
Organize internal events and team activities.
