Your duties will include a wide range of items including but not limited to:
BIM Coordination and daily management of BIM project data sets/workflows and project set up.
Technical management of project BIM data sets.
Helping to technically deliver BIM projects in the role of CAD and BIM coordination by creating 3D coordinated BIM/Revit Design Models and documentations as per approved drawings and site coordination.
Assist the project team in all technical BIM related matters.
Prepare project specific training documentation and project BIM execution plans.
Review of clash reports with the project team, and the general contractor and lead this process when needed.
Lead the overall BIM effort in coordination with the BIM manager.
Prepares and generates virtual reality models such as project clips/videos, walkthrough clips and walkthrough navigation, 360 panoramic views, extracted from the revit models for client-Marketing requisition.
Prepare reports and schedules for internal use (exports from Revit Architecture).
Main Skills:
Proficiency in design software(s) such as LUMION, AUTOCAD, REVIT, SKETCHUP, PHOTOSHOP and IN DESIGN is a plus.
Ability to do hand sketching; high creative approach/mindset.
High fluency in English language (spoken and written).
Similar experience as BIM Modeler in landscape design with very strong technical knowledge.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the same field – with a Landscape consultancy firm.
Degree in Architecture from a reputable university.
