We are seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Telecallers. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products/services and ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from a provided database
Introduce and explain our products/services to prospective clients
Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries, resolving any issues or concerns
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the company database
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets as assigned by the team lead or manager
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
Collaborate with the sales team to identify new leads and potential customers
Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
Keep abreast of product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers
Requirements:
Previous experience in telemarketing, telecalling, or a similar role is preferred
Freshers only with excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant phone voice
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to effectively promote products/services
Ability to handle objections and provide appropriate solutions to customers
Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player
High school diploma or equivalent
