Experience Fresher or UAE 1One/two years of experience.
Salary AED 2,500 to 3,500 (all inclusive) Salary is not constraining for right candidate.
Job Description: Fast developing mid-size IT Company is looking for motivated and energetic Support Executive. You will be expected to:
Understand company’s product offerings.
ERP Product Support / Implementation,
Understand and Map the Software Process with client requirement,
GAP Analysis, Provide Support / Training to the Client for ERP,
Handle Client Request and Issues, Application Monitoring and Reporting,
Maintaining Daily Log for all the Actions performed.
Commendable solution to all client’s technical queries. Commendable solution to all client product queries.
Ensure the customer balance status prior to giving support & response in suitable manner with win situation.
Maintain technical documentation & CRM.
Assessment of infrastructure. Co-ordination With team & Seniors.

The skills to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication in English,
Customer service skills,
Knowledge of MS Office,
Preferable Accounting knowledge
