JD:

Windows Server, VMWare, Linux
AD Replication,300+ VM Servers to be managed
Exchange 2016 knowledge and experience in Migrating to Exchange 2019
Licensing – Knowledge in Windows Licensing, O36 Licensing
Azure Instance Knowledge Create VM,Migrating VM
DNS Knowledge is a must as customer is hosting 30+ web servers
Availability Management
Networking Fundamentals, Basic knowledge in Networking, OSPF, Natting, VLAN, Subnetting
Storage – Knowledge in creating, assigning, Allocating LUNS
Backup – Avamar
Powershell Scripting experience
