Job requirements:
· Generating new business using the client database
· Matching clients to specific properties
· Arranging and conducting viewings
· Negotiating offers with developers
· Managing the sale or lease as it proceeds and liaising with all interested parties.
· Becoming knowledgeable about your specific area in Dubai.

Key Job Functions:
· Stay in constant touch with your team manager/head to update about all ongoing lead updates, transactions and seek his help to improvise.
· Arranging appointments with company’s in-house photographer to take latest and HD pictures of the property.
· Follow documentation process for every transaction and make sure the compliance is met always.
