The Designer is responsible for designing 2D and 3D graphic illustrations and animations from concept through delivery. Projects are focused on Luxury product Design , events design development and print media, with the inclusion of, but are not limited to: client proposals, marketing campaigns, promotional videos, corporate videos and social channels
DUTIES:
Typical responsibilities of the job include:
•Conceptualize visuals based on design requirements and collaborate with Design and Project Management team to ensure consistency of design standards.
•Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software and/or by hand.
•Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
•Create layouts for 2D and 3D motion design jobs based on digital based practices.
•Offer creative and brand solutions to improve efficiencies and quality of graphic and 3d design projects.
•Use critical thinking to anticipate and solve creative and technical problems as needed.
•Actively participate in staff meetings and brainstorming sessions.
•Communicate job status and timelines to supervisors while anticipating timeline issues.
•Stay current in latest industry trends in technology, design and style of digital media
•Assist in maintaining assets and projects using departmental archiving system.
•Perform all other job-related duties as requested.
QUALIFICATIONS:
•Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, 2D/3D Animation, or a related field; or equivalent education and work experience.
•5 years’ prior relevant work experience is essential.
•Strong background in Luxury products /scenic/events design or other spatial design.
•Strong experience print media.
•Must be able to provide sample reel and graphic design portfolio upon request.
KEY SKILLS:
•Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite CC with excellent graphic design skills
•Mastery of Autodesk 3DS Max , Lumion , Sketchup and Vray.
•Mastery of Autodesk AutoCAD.
•Be extremely organized and show diligent follow-through on every task assigned.
•Be a self-starter and possess the ability to take ownership of their work.
•Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
