Responsibilities:

#Manage Team of Sales Associates & Telesales

#Manage clients from corporate and non-corporates

#Generate & Maintain the sales report

# Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory.

# Convert prospects into customers by show-casing appropriate primary residential properties to the prospects, which match the investment need of the prospect.

# Use leads generated by Marketing Team for the above and generates self-leads to convert them into customers, through local activities (procuring relevant databases, doing on-ground activities in corporate, clubs, etc.).

# Be compliant with the operations process

# Provide after-sales services and assist in Home Loans for the customers

# Assist the client with Market and product knowledge

Qualifications:

UG – Any Graduate – Any Specialisation

PG – Any Postgraduate – Any Specialisation

Must Have 3- 5 Years of experience in Real Estate Field.

-Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills

-Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills

Compensation:

# Salary: As per Industry norms

#There is no upper limit on incentives/commissions.
