Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Agent/Broker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties, as well as managing contracts and negotiating deals. As a Sales Agent/Broker, you will be representing our real estate company and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Ensure that all documentation related to property transactions is accurate and completed in a timely manner.
Provide clients with detailed information about available properties, including property specifications, pricing, and availability.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Prepare and present offers to clients, negotiating terms and conditions on their behalf.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Attend property viewings and inspections, providing clients with insightful advice and guidance.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s services and properties.
Work collaboratively with the sales managers and marketing team to meet individual targets.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in the real estate industry
Fluency in English, Arabic, or Russian.
Knowledge of local real estate market trends, property values, and legal requirements.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
