Architecture & interior design studio Bashta is looking for an FF&E Manager in Dubai on a full-time basis.
Job Description
Manage the entry of Furniture Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E) specifications from the interior design specification book to project installation and reconciliation.
Work with the interior design department/customer to establish project timelines, quantities, and required delivery schedules.
During the pricing process, assist in resolving any issues and/or provide clarification by working with the internal departments, interior designer, supplier, and Client.
Develop FF&E project schedules, monitor progress, and complete projects on plan.
Develop proposed project budgets and maintain project expenditures within budget.
Develop and interpret specifications, scopes of work, and contracts where applicable.
Effectively communicate and update superiors on project progress.
Hold regular status meetings with the project team.
Facilitate client meetings effectively.
Manage day-to-day client interaction.
Compellingly convey project findings through the preparation of reports and customer presentations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required.
2-3 minimum years of purchasing or project management experience preferred.
Ability to function well under heavy workload with multiple priorities.
Experience with UAE, USA, UK, and Italian brands market is highly beneficial.
Must be proficient with the entire Microsoft Office and Adobe suite of products.
Must have solid organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing (in English).
Significant experience within a complex and large estate.
Terms
Work on the side of the Client.
Work with projects of commercial and residential segments, ranging from 450 to 1000 sq.m.
The level of remuneration is discussed at the meeting.
Full-Time Employment.
