Job Title: Specification Manager ( Female )
Location – Dubai , UAE
Job Summary:
As a Specification Manager, you will be responsible for securing project specifications for Merino in the UAE/GCC. You will work closely with architects, designers, and consultants to identify new business opportunities and provide technical support/samples to customers. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in specification sales and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with architects, designers, and consultants to secure project specifications.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by networking and building relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.
Develop and maintain product knowledge and provide technical support to customers.
Ensure that all specifications/samples are delivered in a timely and accurate manner.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product quality.
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations to the team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all specifications, bids, and projects.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in specification sales, preferably in the surface décor / building material industry or allied industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of HPL products and their applications is preferred.
Fluency in English and Arabic is required
