A real estate broker located at the heart of Dubai with its office in business bay, we are currently looking for a dynamic REAL ESTATE TEAM LEADER, preferably English and Arabic speaker to join our growing Dubai Team.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Real Estate Team Leader will report to the Managing Partner and the COO of the Company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
Set clear team gaols and developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
Delegating tasks to team members and set deadlines
Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.
Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
Conducting quarterly performance reviews.
Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.
Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.
Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
Monitor team performance and report on metrics
Discover training needs and provide coaching
Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
Encourage creativity and risk-taking
Suggest and organize team building activities
Qualification:
Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Organizational and time-management skills
Decision-making skills
On-the-job training.
Computer literate.
Education: Bachelor’s
Experience: Real Estate 3 years (Required)
*Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus*
Working Hours: (09:00 – 18:00)
Language: English (Professional )
